Only 5 miles from Bath, seven single storey well equipped cottages converted from old cow byres. Three 2-person cottages and four 4-person cottages. 12-person newly refurbished barn (The Old Granary) also available. Swim in our luxurious heated pool whatever the weather! Games room with table tennis, pool table, table football, outdoor and board games. On a working farm with sheep, horses, hens and llamas in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the cottages surround a patio and enclosed landscaped area with garden furniture. Welcome cream tea. Location and Directions:

Nearest town: Bradford on Avon

Directions: From the M4, leave at junction 18 (Bath). Take the A46 towards Bath. After six miles you come down Long hill. Follow Bradford On Avon signs. At roundabout take the A363 to Bradford On Avon. Continue for five miles. At mini roundabout in Bradford On Avon turn right onto the B3108 sign posted Winsley. Continue for two miles to roundabout in Winsley. Take the second exit to Bath/Limpley Stoke. Farm entrance is three quarters of a mil on the right.

Recognisable features: When you leave the roundabout in Winsley following the exit for Bath/Limpley Stoke (not Winsley!) follow road for 3/4 mile. Our farm is the fourth turning on the right. Look for the Farm Stay sign and self catering 4 star sign on the tree outside of the farm entrance.
