Single storey cottages, formerly old cow byres, tastefully converted with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. Fully equipped with many extras. Luxurious heated indoor pool (12m x 5m) and games room with table tennis, table football, pool table, video and book library with board games. 

Working farm with sheep and horses in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottages surround a patio and enclosed landscaped area with garden furniture. Barbecues available.  Three cottages sleep 2 and four cottages sleep 4/5.  Locally produced welcome cream tea. Weekend and Midweek Breaks available (excluding school holidays). "WiFi" internet access.

Pub/shop approx 500 metres. Bath 4 miles. Longleat and many National Trust properties nearby. Kennet & Avon Canal 3/4 mile for boating, cycling and walking. Regular buses.

Nearest town: Bradford on Avon

Directions: From the M4, leave at junction 18 (Bath). Take the A46 towards Bath. After six miles you come down Long hill. Follow Bradford On Avon signs. At roundabout take the A363 to Bradford On Avon. Continue for five miles. At mini roundabout in Bradford On Avon turn right onto the B3108 sign posted Winsley. Continue for two miles to roundabout in Winsley. Take the second exit to Bath/Limpley Stoke. Farm entrance is three quarters of a mil on the right.

Recognisable features: When you leave the roundabout in Winsley following the exit for Bath/Limpley Stoke (not Winsley!) follow road for 3/4 mile. Our farm is the fourth turning on the right. Look for the Farm Stay plaque and self catering 4 star plaque on the tree outside of the farm entrance.
