Close to Bath and within the Cotswolds, our beautiful farmhouse set in 250 peaceful acres offers breathtaking views, wonderful walks, scrumptious breakfasts and every comfort. In summer enjoy sitting in the garden and in winter we offer the warmth of a real log fire. Our double room can easily be made up for a family with one or two children under the age of 10. Ideally situated for touring the Cotswolds or visiting the delights of the largely undiscovered county of Wiltshire. The cossetted atmosphere encourages you to relax and enjoy both countryside and city. We are less than a 2 hour drive from Wales, the coast, the Midlands and London/Heathrow.

Directions: From Bath.Take the A4 London road to Box. At the traffic lights take the A365 Melksham road for one and a half miles to the traffic lights at the five crossroads. Turn sharp right to Kingsdown. Hatt farm is on the left after a quarter of a mile. Drive down the long driveway between two fields to the farmhouse. The front door faces the view.From Chippenham.Take the A4 bath road to Corsham. Stay on the A4 and as you leave Corsham turn left onto the B3109 Bradford On Avon road. Travel for one and a half miles to the double roundabouts. Straight on for another one and a half miles to the traffic l ights at the five crossroads. Take the second right to Kingsdown. Hatt Farm is on the left after a quarter of a mile. Drive down the long driveway between two fields to the farmhouse.
