Lottmead Farm is home to the well known flock of Langford Texel sheep and the first herd in the UK of Australian Lowline Cattle. Both cattle and sheep are regularly shown.
Popular pub/eating house in walking distance with a choice of pubs in the area. The locality is rich in historic places to visit - Stonehenge; Roman Villa; Salisbury Cathedral; Wilton House; Longleat to name a few. Wiltshire Wildlife Langford Lakes are next door. Fishing available on the Wylye. Several golf courses close by. Beautiful area for walking. Ample off road parking. The area is level and ideal for cycling (on Wiltshire Cycle way). Horses/ponies may be stabled by prior arrangement. Plenty of room for horsebox.
