Marshwood Farmhouse is a Grade II listed building dating from 17th Century. The flagstone hallway leads to the dining room where a traditional farmhouse breakfast, from locally sourced produce and homemade preserves, is served round a large communal table. Vegetarian and special diets can be catered for on request. We offer 2 spacious Bed & Breakfast rooms, overlooking fields and woodland. Both have TV with DVD player, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer and hospitality tray. We can offer Broadband Internet to guests who bring their own laptop with ethernet connection. Our Blue Room can be twin bedded/double or comfortably accommodate a family of 4 and has a generous sized ensuite bath and shower room. Our Green Room which has an ensuite shower room, can be single/twin/double.

Marshwood Farm Bed & Breakfast is set in countryside, ideal for walking, cycling and exploring places of interest. Salisbury to the east – the cathedral with its impressive spire and surroundings, a traditional market (Tuesdays and Saturdays) in the market square, theatre, variety of restaurants, shopping and guided tours or perhaps a day or evening at the races. Maybe you are drawn to Wiltshire to visit Stonehenge and Avebury or by chance glimpse a mysterious crop circle. Wilton , a small market town with its shopping village, Wilton House and Italianate style church is well worth a visit. To the west, Longleat, the safari park, house and grounds, a day out with something for everyone.

Further to the west is the delightful city of Bath, with its Roman Baths, museums, fine architecture and mix of shopping and dining. Shaftesbury, a hilltop town, with its Gold Hill, quaint cobbled streets and King Alfred’s Abbey. Stourhead, the house and grounds, ever-changing throughout the seasons.

Self-catering accommodation is also available at "Marshwood Farm Cottage"
